Located 5 mn walking distance to the famous Palais des Festivals and La Croisette, you will discover the trendy and cosy atmosphere of a 4* charming hotel. Le Cavendish was one of these private demeures which made the splendour of the French Riviera during "La Belle Epoque". Edified in 1882 and totally renovated in 2001, this hotel now combines comfort and classisisme architecture of the building. From the original building, the architect has chosen to preserve its majestic XIXth century façade. The lift, dating from 1920 and the carrara marble staircase bestow beauty and character to this demeure.

This comfortable hotel is located close to where the film festival is held and the beach (roughly 500m away). The city centre, restaurants, bars, boutiques and further shops are around 250m away. The nearest bus stop is across the street and only 300m from the train station. The next largest city is Nice and can be reached in around 40 minutes by public transport or in about 30 minutes by car. Nice airport is 25 km from the hotel, the smaller Cannes airport is roughly 5 km away.

The hotel can be reached with the shuttle bus from Nice Côte d'Azur airport, which stops directly before the hotel at Place Vauban. Guests arriving by car should take the Cannes exit off the A8 motorway, then follow the signs to the city centre. The hotel is just 2 minutes drive from famous La Croisette.

The elegant rooms are sound-proofed and air-conditioning, bathroom with bath or shower and hairdryer, minibar, safe, telephone, Wifi Internet access and satellite/ cable TV also feature as standard. Some rooms have a balcony. Iron and ironing board on request.
