Effective 1 January 2025, a Local Service Charge of MYR 3.00 per room, per night, will be applicable to all stays in the state of Perak, payable directly to the property.
Please note that there will be no extra bed provided for Family Room although the confirmation voucher states so. This is just to facilitate booking purposes. Should guests require extra bed, it will have to be requested during check in and on guests' personal account. It is subject to availability.
