Hotel am Remspark

In August 2017, the Business Hotel & Hideaway am Remspark in the oldest Staufer town Schwäbisch Gmünd opened its doors. The hotel is located directly on the city river Rems; within walking distance of Congress-Centrum Stadtgarten, train station and city center. As an architectural highlight from the house of Isin, it shapes the cityscape with its unmistakable silver façade and represents the centuries-long tradition of the silversmith trade of Schwäbisch Gmünd.

In addition to 101 standard rooms and 4 junior suites, the hotel offers a unique restaurant and a bar with floor-to-ceiling all-round glazing on the 7th floor as a hotspot of the city. The Roof Top Bar with an incomparable 360º view over Schwäbisch Gmünd is the ideal place for unique moments in the open air. Two function rooms with daylight and state-of-the-art technology offer space for business and private events. The modern equipped 145 sqm fitness club leaves nothing to be desired to get in top shape.

  • Breakfast is offered for € 15 per person.
  • Parking spaces are available for € 5 per day. There are also disabled parking spaces and 4 charging stations for electric cars.
  • Pets are allowed. An extra charge of € 15 per pet/ day is required.
  • Baby cots are available for children up to and including 3 years for an extra charge of € 15 per child/ night.
  • Children up to and including 11 years pay € 35 per child/ night for accommodation in an available extra bed.
  • Guests 12 years and older pay € 55 per person/night for accommodation in an available extra bed.

  The Charles Restaurant will be closed due to renovation work from 31.07.2023 to 02.09.2023. It will only be opened for breakfast.

  We are happy to offer you a small summery fresh à la carte from Mon-Sat from 6pm in addition to our bar menu. If the weather is fine, we open and serve exclusively on the Rooftop; in case of bad weather we open and serve in the restaurant/bar area on the 7th floor.

  Please note that we do not offer lunch or a large à la carte menu during this time.
