Cala Ratjada, just 10 minutes away, offers a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure activities. A car is recommended. The generous 60 m2 communal pool is the ideal spot to cool off and enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. With chlorinated water and a depth of 1 to 3.5 meters, it is suitable for both adults and children. The sunbeds around the pool provide a perfect space for relaxation after exploring the island. Inside, the apartment features a bright living-dining room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort and entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen offers ceramic hobs, a coffee maker, and a filter coffee machine. Two double bedrooms, air conditioning, and a private terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean complete the experience. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, and a cot/high chair on request. Please note that Ecotasa and ID registration are required.
